Please note: The number of patients requiring treatment can vary significantly and is sometimes difficult to predict. We kindly ask you to follow the guidance and instructions of our staff.

If patient demand becomes exceptionally high, we may need to prioritise patients with the most urgent medical conditions. In such situations, patients with less urgent concerns may be referred to another suitable healthcare provider who can assist them.

We offer appointments for our regular patients from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 8 5 PM. Our regular patients can arrange appointments by phone from Monday to Friday between 9-12 and between 1-4 PM (Tel. +41 52 511 10 15). We can also be reached by E-Mail stammpatientenwt@swissmedikids.ch.

Our clinic close to Winterthur station is fully equipped to provide a wide range of paediatric care as well as the treatment of minor injuries and minor surgical conditions.

We offer on-site laboratory testing, ECG, X-ray and ultrasound facilities, as well as equipment for pain management and the treatment of cuts, lacerations and other wounds.

If a bone fracture or pneumonia is suspected, diagnostic imaging can be performed on site using either X-ray or ultrasound, allowing for a prompt diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

We currently have 8 treating rooms.

To protect the privacy of our patients, families and staff, photography and video recording (including the use of mobile phones, tablets and cameras) are not permitted anywhere within our clinic.
