Quickticket

You can either just walk-in or get a ticket from 06.30 onwards. If online tickets should not be avalaible any more, you can still just walk-in during openting hours.

Please note: Patients will be treated according to the urgency of the medical need, regardless of the ticketing-number. We thank you for your understanding that the waiting time may vary.

Our digital ticket service allows you to join the queue online, giving you the freedom to use your waiting time more flexibly before your consultation.

How it works

Join the digital waiting list between 6:30 AM and 7:30 PM. After answering a few questions about your concern, you will receive your personal ticket.

Your estimated waiting time will be displayed in real time and may change due to delays or emergency cases. Please check your ticket regularly to stay informed about your current queue status.

For urgent cases or after 7:30 PM, we recommend coming to the clinic directly or calling us. We are available until 8:00 PM.

Opening hours for regular patients

We offer appointments for our regular patients from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 8 5 PM. Our regular patients can arrange appointments by phone from Monday to Friday between 11 AM and 0430 PM (Tel. +41 41 710 10 10). We can also be reached by E-Mail admin@swissmedikids.ch.

Care

Our clinic close to Lucerne main Station is fully equipped to provide a wide range of paediatric care as well as the treatment of minor injuries and minor surgical conditions.

We offer on-site laboratory testing, ECG, X-ray and ultrasound facilities, as well as equipment for pain management and the treatment of cuts, lacerations and other wounds.

If a bone fracture or pneumonia is suspected, diagnostic imaging can be performed on site using either X-ray or ultrasound, allowing for a prompt diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Facilities

We currently have 7 treating rooms.

To protect the privacy of our patients, families and staff, photography and video recording (including the use of mobile phones, tablets and cameras) are not permitted anywhere within our clinic.

Child psychology in Lucerne

At the Lucerne location, we expanded our services since June 2023 and offer psychotherapy and psychological counseling for children, adolescents, parents and families. We are pleased to count Alexandra Blum (psychologist and federally recognized psychotherapist, additional training in emergency psychology), an experienced psychologist to our team. Mrs. Blum offers appointments in our practice on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 AM to 5 PM.
